All personal training sessions are one hour. Trainings may also be 30 minutes in length and will count for half of a session (not applicable on a Personal Training Introduction Purchase, Single Session purchase or Partner package purchases).
Come prepared to each training session in proper workout attire and footwear (shorts, gym pants, T-shirt, sweatshirt, supportive sneakers). Participants arriving unprepared for their training session will lose the session.
Clients are responsible for arriving on-time to their training sessions. Trainers are obligated to wait only 15 minutes (10 minutes for 30-minute sessions). After 15 minutes (10 minutes for 30-minute sessions), the trainer is not required to lead the remaining time of the session and the session may be lost.
Clients are asked to call 24 hours in advance of the scheduled training session. You will be charged for appointments cancelled with fewer than 24 hours notice. Failure to contact your trainer and call 281-216-8442 (M-F) will result in a session loss.
Package Expiration/Refund Policy:
Individuals registering for personal training must complete all personal training sessions by the end of the client’s eligibility to participate in the program or by the expiration date of the training package, whichever comes first. All personal training packages expire six (6) months from the date of purchase. All packages are non-refundable/non-transferable.
Meal Prep Refund Policy
We are not responsible for spoilage, as we prepare all dishes fresh for every delivery and follow all food safe handling criteria right to your door. We recommend keeping meals no more than 4 days without freezing.
We take every precaution to triple check orders but due to the expansion in business and new employee, errors may occur. Please notify us within 24 hours of any errors for your order to be replaced the following delivery day or we will deduct the full amount from the order, with return of the food.
In case of a major error in the macro measurements, it will be fixed immediately.
We will not provide refunds for orders that have been prepaid, without 24 hours notice of cancellation.
Meal Prep Delivery Policy
If delivery time is arranged, we ask that you are home at the scheduled time or leave a cooler in a secure area.
All orders must be put in by Friday morning at 9 AM!
If client is not at drop point at agreed time, food will be taken back to the kitchen and kept refrigerated for 24 hours only. There will be no refund on delivery fee.
The delivery charge is $2.50 per delivery.
